Warrior Program Schedule 2022

Apart from the opening days, all sessions are scheduled to run online on the following Fridays from 9.00 am until 5.00 pm:

  • Opening days:
    • Friday, 21 January: 9am-5pm
    • Saturday, 22 January: 9am-2pm
  • 11 February
  • 18 March
  • 8 April
  • 20 May
  • 17 June

There are aspects of each of these sessions which will be offered to all cohorts across the world, including live teachings from Meg Wheatley and experiences and practices to support Warrior work.  There will also be a dedicated slot each day which will be co-hosted for the Scottish cohort to enable a focus on the context and issues that are important to our cohort and to create the opportunity for connection amongst Scottish participants.  These sessions will be hosted by colleagues in Scotland who have experience of Warrior Training.  Some sessions will also be co-hosted by the Collective Leadership for Scotland team.

Participation fees for the Scottish cohort (see below) are paid direct to the Berkana Institute to cover their costs for the programme and are due once you have been accepted:

£1200 – standard

£1500 – if you can pay a bit more to support scholarship places

£900 – if you need to pay a bit less

Financial Assistance:  We appreciate that current circumstances may make payment difficult for some. If you are drawn to the programme, but cannot pay the full tuition, please go ahead with the application process. We may have a limited number of scholarships available. Once accepted into the program, please contact collectiveleadership@gov.scot to discuss payment options and to determine what might be possible.

The deadline to submit applications to be part of the Scottish cohort of the Warrior Programme is Friday 17 December
